There is a lot of research about the Perrin line, but not much about my branch and what I have found does not have very well documented citations. If you have any sources for the following information, or better yet you know the next step up the chain, please let me know!
Here is what I have found about my Perrin chain:
My grandfather was Reese Leon Perrin, born May 20, 1908 to Lloyd Perrin and Emarine Vandervort. He had one half brother, Ray Donald Perrin.
Lloyd Perrin was born May 3, 1885 to Elisha Recer Perrin and Amanda Jane Moberly, Elisha's second wife. Lloyd was the 8th of 12 children fathered by Elisha.
Elisha Recer Perrin was born December 10, 1837 to William Henry Perrin and Sarah Hall Bennett, William's second wife. Elisha was the youngest of 15 children fathered by William Henry Perrin.
William Henry is where the information ends. It is believed that he was born April 10, 1787 in Pennsylvania and died September 11, 1857. He appears in the 1850 Census living in Green Township, Brown County, Ohio and lists Elisha as one of his children. The census confirms Pennsylvania as his place of birth and approximately confirms his birthday. There does not appear to be any information on his parents or siblings.
